Function

 Office of Jt.CCA Uttarakhand, is entrusted with specific functions relating to Government revenue collection and accounting, collection of license fee and spectrum charges, verification of  deductions claimed by the operators for license fees, processing of claims of USO subsidy from USP’s and authorizing subsidy payments to them. Office of Jt.CCA is a designated monitoring agency for USO related schemes. In addition, it  handles Pension & GPF cases  of DoT and BSNL employees of the Circle, this office started payment of pension to BSNL and DoT pensioners from 20/09/2002 through post offices and Banks, From 15/05/2019 payment of pension in respect of BSNL and DoT pensiones are being made using SAMPANN. The office of Jt.CCA represents DOT in all legal  cases pertaining to Uttarakhand Circle.
