1. O/o Joint CCA, DoT, NE-II Telecom Circle, Dimapur, observed National Senior Citizens Day 2026 under the theme “Ageing With Dignity”, celebrating the enduring contributions of our senior citizens.

2. O/o Jt. CCA, NE-II Circle successfully conducted the Q2 (FY 2026–27) Telecom Outreach Program in hybrid mode on September 2026. The session witnessed active participation from telecom licensees across the North-East, focusing on SARAS best practices and resolution of field-level challenges and grievances.

3.On 31st of July 2026, O/o Jt. CCA, DoT, North East-Il Circle organised a Pension Adalat at Conference Hall, O/o CGMT, BSNL NE-II Circle, Dimapur, to address pension-related grievances of DoT pensioners.
