What's New :

1. All the MTNL Combined serivce optee pensioners who are disbursed pension through WFMS are now Migrated to SAMPANN and Pension from the Month of March 2026 is being disbursed through SAMPANN.

2. All these pensioners PPO number is revised from earlier 05 digit PPO number to new 15 digit PPO number. All the pensioners can get their new revised 15 digit SAMPANN PPO number using the below link.

3. All the MTNL pensioners henceforth need to submit Life certificate either manually or through Jeevan pramaan using their new PPO number. They have to select Disbursing Agency " SAMPANN - Dept of Telecom" and

Agency " CCA Mumbai " while submitting Jeevan pramaan.

4.All the Pensioners now can login to SAMPANN by creating account in SAMPANN website using the URL given below.

By creating login in SAMPANN, the pensioners can submit their Grievances or Queries, download pension pay slip, Form 16, Pension related Sanctions etc.

5. Form 16 for the FY 2025-26 (AY 2026-27) is made available for download in Pensioner's login. It is requested to use the browser for login rather than the Android app for downloading Form 16.

6. Pensioner's has to submit KYP form for change of Mobile number, email ID, Correspondence Address etc along with copies of Aadhar and PAN. After submission of the same, your latest details will be updated.

All the pensioners who had not submitted the KYP form so far is requested to submit the same either by hand or by Post to this office.
