  • Roll Out Period:
    • It was originally valid till 6 months from effective date of agreement.
    • This was extended upto one year vide DOT HQ letter no. 30-61/2017/USOF/Wi-Fi Hotspots/647T660 dated 22.05.2018.
    • Further extension till 31.12.2019 with liquidated damages (LD) approved vide DOT HQ letter no. 30-45/2019-USOF/Wi-Fi Railtel/4323-38 dated 05.03.2020.

9. O&M of OFC Network, FLM of equipment at GP & provision of Wi-Fi APs under BharatNet Phase-I (CSC-SPV)

  • Agreement No. 30-166/2019-BB-USOF(O&M) dated 15.07.2019
  • Effective date: 01.07.2019
  • Validity of agreement: The agreement shall come into force upon signature by all the parties and shall be valid for a period of 6 years (covering the installation phase of 9 months and maintaining the Wi-Fi APs for 5 years) unless revoked otherwise.

 

10. Provision of mobile services in 354 uncovered villages as part of uncovered villages project (M/s Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.)

  • Agreement No. USOF/SP/354 Uncovered/2018-19 dated 28-04-2020
  • Effective date: 28-04-2020 i.e. date of signing of the agreement
  • Validity of agreement: The agreement shall be valid for a period of ten years and nine months from date of signing of the agreement.
