CCA/WBC/PEN/01/PEN ADALAT/25-26 (E-167972) Dated Kolkata 06/06/2025\r\n\r\nPENSION ADALAT ON 25th JUNE, 2025\r\n\r\nPENSION ADALAT FOR DOT & BSNL PENSIONERS/FAMILY PENSIONERS RELATED TO CCA, WBC & SIKKIM REGION.\r\n\r\n All the Pensioners/Retirees/Dependants/Family Pensioners of Department of Telecommunications/Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [WBTC, CNTx (ETR/ETP) & TF] whose grievances have been pending for a long time and have not been resolved yet can send their complaints/grievances, if any, in the following proforma in an envelope superscribed as " PENSION ADALAT" to O/o the Controller of Communication Accounts, West Bengal Telecom Circle, 10th Floor, 2nd MSO Building, Nizam Palace, Kolkata-700 020 by 18th June 2025 positively for Pension Adalat to be held on 25th June, 2025 at 11:00 hrs. by O/o the CCA, WBC, through Physical Meet. The complainant may also send their grievances in this office e-mail ID pencao.wb-dot@nic.in & pdacca.wb-dot@gov.in and attach correspondence, if any.\r\n\r\n All grievances will be scrutinized and the complainants shall be invited separately to attend “Pension Adalatâ€. \r\n\r\nPENSION ADALAT PROFORMA\r\n\r\n  Name of the Pensioner/Family Pensioner :-\r\n Father’s/Husband’s Name :-\r\n  PPO No./FPPO No. :-\r\n  Office and Station last worked :-\r\n  Designation of Post held :-\r\n  Date of Superannuation/Retirement etc.:-\r\n  Grievances (full details with any previous representation):-\r\n  Full address with contact number:-\r\n Email id:-\r\n Whatsapp No. :-\r\n\r\n \r\n Signature of the applicant.\r\n\r\nNB : Issues like Compassionate Appointment, Policy matters, Pay Anomaly etc. will not come under the purview of the PENSION ADALAT.\r\n\r\n -sd- \r\n Maitreyi C Sarkar\r\n Senior Accounts Officer (Pension)\r\n\r\n\r\n
