3rd Quarterly Pension Adalat for the FY 2024-25 for DOT/BSNL pensioners will be conducted by O/o CCA, NE-I Circle on 13th December 2024 in the Ground Floor of O/o CCA, NE-I Circle, Shillong, CTO Building from 11 A.M. \r\n\r\nDoT/BSNL pensioners having any unresolved grievances may send details of their grievances in proforma given below to AO (Pension), O/o the CCA NE-1 Circle, CTO Building, Ground Floor, Shillong-793001 on or before 6th December 2024. There will also be distribution of Pensionersâ€™ ID Card, renewal of Digital Life Certificate and Free Health check-up for all the pensioners.\r\n
As per policy of Govt. of India, no action is to be taken on anonymous complaints. However, if a complainant wishes to keep his identity confidential, there is a provision of filing complaints under Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI) Resolution.
2nd Quarterly Pension Adalat of FY. 2023-24 for DOT/BSNL pensioners will be held on 25th August, Friday, 2023 at Shillong in the O/o the CCA NE-1, Ground Floor, CTO Building, Shillong from 11 A.M. onwards.DoT/BSNL pensioners having any unresolved grievances may send details of their grievances in proforma given below to AO (Pension), O/o the CCA NE-1 Circle, CTO Building, Ground Floor, Shillong-793001 on or before 17th of August, 2023. Also, in the Pension Adalat, there will be distribution of Pensioners ID Card and renewal of Life Certificate. Free Health check-up will also be provided to all the pensioners.
