ICC on Sexual Harassment

In pursuance to the DoT (HQ) New Delhi Letter No. 16- 1/O&M/2006 dated 16.01.2015& in continuation of this office's order no. CCA/JP/Admn/5-71/2023 dated 01.09.2023 under the provisions contained in Article 4(i) of chapter-II of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition& Redressal) Act, 2013, the Competent Authority is pleased to re-constitute Internal Complaint Committee for this office consisting of the following incumbents:-
