Management of Revenue

The CCA Office is authorized to collect License Fees and Spectrum Charges from the various Licensed Telecom operators having working area in Rajasthan Telecommunication circle and to maintain proper accounting thereof as per the Terms and Conditions of the License Agreements and as per orders issued by DOT (HQ), New Delhi The CCA Office has been also assigned the work of verification of deductions claimed by the Licensees on account of PSTN Charges & Roaming Charges passed on to other operators and on account of Sales Tax and Service Tax paid to arrived at Adjusted Gross Revenue on which License fee and Spectrum charges are payable on prescribed rates. The other important work of CCA is annual assessment of L.F. of the Internet Service Providers (IT) and assessment of Spectrum Usage Charges from FY 2012-13. Apart from this, CCA Office also has the responsibility of ascertaining of quantum of Financial Bank Guarantees and obtaining thereof as well as maintaining the FBGs or Financial Bank Guarantees-(SUC) and Performance Bank Guarantees to guard against default of any payment or breach of any license condition as per the provisions of the License Agreement. This office is also collecting Penalties levied for subscriber non verification & for EMR cases on Telecom Service Providers by TERM Cell Rajasthan.

      License Fee in r/o ISP done keeping in view of the scrutiny of the following documents: -

• Audited Statement of Revenue and License Fee (AGR Statements) for each quarter separately for the said year.
• Auditor Report on Statement of Revenue and License Fee
• Audited Reconciliation Statement reconciling the difference of Revenue between the figure of Gross Revenue depicted in P&L A/C and Audited statement of Revenue and License fee for the said year.
• Audited Profit and Loss account and Audited Balance sheets along with schedules for the said year.
• Auditor Report of the Company
• The details of LF paid periodically for each quarter during the said year
