Pension Adalat
Pension Adalat are organising quarterly in hybrid mode every year to resolve the grievances, if any, of pensioners. This is a platform given to the pensioners to submit not only their grievances but also their feedback to improve ourselves to provide the service. It is further stated that pensioners’ outreach programme is also being conducted simultaneously with Pension Adalat. In pensioner outreach programme , LC updation, collection of KYP and ID card forms are done.

One grievance was received from Shri Satyanarayan Satpathy regarding pay regulation in 2nd quarter. The case was settled on the spot as the GMTD Koraput present in virtual mode was appraised the fact and requested to take action as per extant rules. The pensioners was intimated accordingly.
One grievance was received from Miss Sandhyarani Behera, D/o Late Trinath Behera for consideration of 2nd category family pension in 4th quarter. She was heard and replied that she was not eligible for family pension as she earned her livelihood as prescribed in sub rule 9(b) of Rule 50 of CCs(Pension) rules 2021.
