DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CONVERSION TO FAMILY PENSION IN SAMPANN
1. Life Certificate / Claim of family pension.
2. Bank Mandate Form.
3. Copy of Death Certificate of pensioner.
4. Passport size Photo.
5. Specimen Signature.
6. Copy of Aadhar Card.
7. Copy of Pan Card.
8. Undertaking towards recovery of excess paid pension.
9. Copy of PPO Book.

i) VRS 2019 Cases
A total of 1397 numbers of BSNL employees who opted for BSNL VRS-2019 scheme, 1390 persons have been issued with pension. PPO in respect of all such employees have been issued except for 06 cases which are yet to be settled for want of Vigilance Clearance from their respective SSAs and 01 case is yet to be received for pending court case.
ii) Regular Pension/Superannuation Cases
As on 31.07.2024, 03 number of regular pension cases are pending due to wanting of pension papers and compliance documents from the respective SSA unit.
iii) Regular Family Pension Cases
As on 31.07.2024, Pending regular family pension case is NIL.
iv) Payment of Deferred Gratuity and Commutation
During the month of July 2024, payment towards deferred gratuity to 24 BSNL Pensioners and commutation of pension authorized to 22 BSNL VRS-2019 pensioners.
