i) VRS 2019 Cases

A total of 1397 numbers of BSNL employees who opted for BSNL VRS-2019 scheme, 1396 persons have been issued with pension. PPO in respect of all such employees have been issued except for 01 cases which is yet to be settled for want of Vigilance Clearance from it’s respective SSA.

ii) Regular Pension / Superannuation Cases

As on 30.04.2026, NIL regular pension cases are pending for settlement.

iii) Regular Family Pension Cases

As on 30.04.2026, Pending regular family pension case is NIL.

iv) Disposal Commutation payment cases under VRS-19 scheme –

Under this head 01 case has been received and disposed.

v) Pay revision due to Notional Increment :-

Under this head 02 cases received and settled.

UNDER HEAD “WHAT’S NEW”

(v) Out of total 3306 applications forms received from pensioners and family pensioners and 3139 ID card have been issued as on 30.04.2026. Rest 167 application found duplicate whom ID cards have already been issued previously. Hence no application for ID card is pending. A new Printing machine has been installed in Pension Section to print the ID Cards of Telecom pensioner directly in CCA office without depending on the agencies. Soon this will end the long wait of the pensioners for the Pensioner ID Card and generate smile on their faces.

DISPOSAL AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES OF PENSIONERS

For the disposal and redressal of grievances of pensioners, a Toll Free Number 1800 3456 754 and one landline Telephone Number 0674-2396545 have been placed at the service of the pensioners. 01 grievance received through PG Portal has been resolved. 06 grievances received through SAMPANN have been resolved. There is not pending at the end of the month is pending.
