(i) Out of total 1980 applications forms received from pensioners and family pensioners 218 ID card have been issued as on 30.11.2022\r\n(ii) This office conducted Pension Adalat on 30.09.2022 on virtual mode at CCA Office Bhubaneswar. Initiative was taken to reach out to the pensioners to look into their grievances for settlement. The results were overwhelming. During the Adalat, one grievance was received & resolved.
